Tele2 won the connectivity business of 1-Fleet Alliance, a gathering of seventeen diverse telematics service providers from across Europe. Tele2 won the deal more than nine different organizations competing for the Europe-wide business. Through the span of the three-year contract, Tele2 hopes to deliver more than 150,000 SIM cards to enable the 1-Fleet Alliance member companies to deliver on their center business of giving telematics items. 1-Fleet Alliance has a combined total of more than 24,000 clients with in excess of 403,000 tracking units currently in operation.
