Mobily lets customers to keep on calling even with no credit


Mobily lets the customers to add balance for the prepaid packages after the basic balance expiry.This empowers customers to add extra balance up to six times, which help them to stay connected permanently with the valued services of the company.

Mobily made it clear that whenever subscriber orders this service, SAR 5 will be added to his current balance.On requesting the serive six times means that the subscriber will get SAR 30 to his balance which will be settled through the next recharging process.Moreover, the customers can request 30 MB additional data when consuming the current data as the cost of such request is one Riyal only.

The company said that for balance, the customers can send a text message 405 to 1100 and for additional data, 403 to 1100, in addition to the possibility of ordering it through USSD system by entering *400*# or by IVR after calling 1100.

Mobily introduced this service to grant its subscribers the benefit to stay connected even after no credit with the possibility to pay later on his/her recharge.

It is worth mentioning that Mobily relies on providing its subscribers the advantage of added value which lets them to use all Mobily’s products and services in simple and easy way. This proves the keenness of the company to give prepaid packages special priority.
