Saudi Arabia launched its 1st SAP cloud data center

Riyadh –  Saudi Arabia has launched its first Public Cloud Data Center in partnership with SAP.

The move comes as part of the Saudi digital transformation serving the Saudi Vision 2030, as reported by the Saudi Gazette.

A recent report by BMI Research expected Saudi information technology market to reach SAR 33 billion by the end of the year.
The SAP public cloud data center is the centerpiece of the technology giant 4-year plan to invest SAR 285 million in Saudi Arabia, and it is also the first part of a digital hub that includes an open digital platform supporting entrepreneurship, to support cloud solutions’ effectiveness.
